Tim is a tax advisor and specialist advisor for corporate succession (DStV e.V.) and advises entrepreneurs and companies as well as professional colleagues on demanding tax issues. As a corresponding specialist consultant, one of his focal areas is therefore the planning and support of corporate successions. Another focus is on answering complex issues relating to the taxation of partnerships and corporations. He also advises on the transformations and restructurings of companies, including specific accounting and declaratory implementation.
Tim also advises investors, family offices and private clients on ongoing tax declarations.

- Creation of holding and investment structures, including advice on implementation in balance sheets and tax returns
- Advice on individual issues relating to the taxation of partnerships and corporations (e.g. transfer of assets, corporations, implementation of special and supplementary balance sheets, business splits, use of losses, etc.)

Training & Career
Tim studied business administration with a focus on tax law and international accounting at the University of Bayreuth. He then completed a trainee program at a large national law firm and was appointed as a tax advisor in 2017. He then moved to Ebner Stolz, where he worked as a team leader and member of national competence centers. Before joining Walberg & Cie., he was a partner in a medium-sized law firm with around 40 employees.
Tim is also a speaker and author.
