Your job

From day one, you will work with proven professionals in flat hierarchies on challenging assignments. You can expect complex corporate law projects, in particular restructurings, corporate and asset structuring and exciting transactions, often with an international connection.

In our projects, we work hand in hand across disciplines. There are strong overlaps, especially between taxes and corporate law/transactions, so with us, you always have an eye on the tax aspects of the relevant topics. For us, this is a matter of course; for our clients, it is a real added value.

You advise growth-oriented investors, entrepreneurs and companies as well as family offices, including project leads, and have intensive client contact right from the start.

Your profile

You have completed your law exam excellently and ideally have additional qualifications such as a doctorate or LL.M.

You are open, hands-on and like to take on responsibility. With your direct and authentic manner, you enjoy working in a team and with clients.

You have already gained substantial professional experience in the area of corporate law and transactions (2 years +). With complex projects, you keep track of things even under pressure and know what needs to be done at every stage. You understand how to successfully lead teams to their goals and enjoy project management.

English is a matter of course in your everyday working life. You were able to improve your English skills abroad.

You are a multi-faceted person and appreciate not only professional success but also freedom for your private life.
