Walberg Operations launches MoPeg Check

Munich — Wallberg Operations (“W Operations”), the legal service provider of Walberg Law Tax Strategy GmbH & Cie. KG (“Walberg & Cie.”), launches the first product with the MOPEG check.

On 01.01.2024, the Act on the Modernization of Partnership Law (MoPEG) comes into force and brings significant changes for partnerships, in particular civil law companies (GbR). The MOPEG check enables a digitized and efficient review of the need for action for a GbR with regard to the MoPEG. The tool was designed in particular for consultants and administrators who support numerous GBRs (e.g. tax advisors and family offices).

The MoPEG Check was developed by experienced lawyers and is scientifically validated to meet the specific requirements of its target groups. With a fixed price per MOPEG check, users have full cost transparency. With W Operations, Walberg & Cie. answers the fundamental challenges of digitization for traditional legal and tax consulting. The use of digital tools automates the processing of recurring topics in complex commercial and tax law projects. This makes the expert knowledge and know-how developed over decades available in certain recurring constellations at attractive conditions.
