Walberg & Cie. advises on sale of 1/2/3 Autoteile GmbH to private investor

Munich/Düsseldorf, December 20, 2024 - Entrepreneur Thomas Röse has sold his company 1/2/3 Autoteile GmbH & Co. KG (“1/2/3Autoteile”) to a private investor.

The Dortmund-based company specializes in wear parts for the automotive industry. Since its foundation in 2003, 1/2/3 Autoteile, under the management of Mr. Thomas Röse, has gained an excellent reputation as a reliable supplier of automotive wear parts. At a total of three locations in Germany, 70 employees provide both end users and workshops with a high level of quality and service. In addition, 1/2/3 Autoteile maintains a successful online store.

Walberg & Cie. provided the seller with legal and tax advice on the sale of1/2/3 Autoteile.
