Munich, 19 November 2024 – Our partner Dr. Simon Sabel chairs the third JUC M&A network meeting on 27 November 2024 with Prof. Dr. Thorsten Feix at the Charles Hotel. Once again current topics of M&A practice will be on the agenda, which Mr Sabel and Mr Feix will discuss with other M&A professionals.

Wir freuen uns sehr über unsere neue Kollegin Sarah Hammerl! Sarah unterstützt als Student Project Manager das Thema Legal Tech im Allgemeinen und wird den Aufbau unseres Legal Service Providers Wallberg Operations im Besonderen vorantreiben. Sarah hat ihren Bachelor an der LMU in Soziologie mit Nebenfach Rechtswissenschaften absolviert und befindet sich aktuell in ihrem LL.M. Studium im Wirtschaftsrecht.
