Munich – Wallberg Operations („W Operations“), the legal service provider of Walberg Law Tax Strategy GmbH & Cie. KG („Walberg & Cie.“), launches its first product, the MoPeG-Check.
The Act on the Modernization of Partnership Law (MoPeG) comes into force on 01.01.2024 and brings with it significant changes for partnerships, in particular civil law partnerships (GbR). The MoPeG-Check enables a digitalized and efficient examination of the need for action for a GbR with regard to the MoPeG. The tool was designed in particular for advisors and administrators who manage numerous GbRs (e.g. tax advisors and family offices).
The MoPeG Check was developed by experienced lawyers and has been scientifically validated to meet the specific requirements of its target groups. A fixed price per MoPeG Check ensures full cost transparency for users. With W Operations, Walberg & Cie. is responding to the fundamental challenges of digitalization for traditional legal and tax advice.
The use of digital tools automates the processing of recurring issues in complex commercial and tax law projects. This makes the expert knowledge and know-how developed over decades available in certain recurring constellations at attractive conditions.
